Warranty, Replacement and Return

Warranty

We provide a two- year warranty on all products purchased from the WiFi store, and the warranty is linked to the order number or mobile number.

  • Any damage resulting from misuse is excluded from the warranty.
  • If the product arrives in a condition different from its original condition, we will bear the full shipping costs (to and from your address).


retrieval

You can return any product within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and unopened .

  • Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of being placed. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled once shipped unless the customer bears the shipping and return costs .
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned products, a refund will be issued according to the payment method used (Visa - Mada - Apple Pay - Tabby - Tamara - Paid - Imkan - Bank Transfer - STC Pay).
  • The customer bears the costs of returning the product, whether through the representative or the shipping company.
  • If the order arrives at the customer's location but is not received, and the customer wishes to have it reshipped, the customer must pay the shipping fee again.

refunds

  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email, text message or WhatsApp of the refund status update.
  • The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method within the period specified by the bank or payment gateway used.



substitution

  • You can exchange any product within 14 days of receipt for another product from the store.
  • If the value of the new product is less than the value of the product being replaced, the difference will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
  • If the value of the new product is higher, you will be required to pay the difference before the new product is shipped.


The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the product and receiving the new product.
