Warranty, Replacement and Return

Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty on all products purchased from the Wi-Fi Store, and the warranty is linked to the order number or mobile number.

• Any damages resulting from misuse are excluded from the warranty.
• If the product arrives to you in a condition different from its original condition, we will bear the full shipping costs (to and from your address).

Recovery

You can return any product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and unopened .

• Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders cannot be canceled after shipment, unless the customer bears the shipping and return costs .
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used (Visa - Mada - Apple Pay - Tabby - Tamara - Madfoo - Emkan - Bank Transfer - STC Pay.)
• The customer bears the costs of returning the product, whether through the representative or the shipping company.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, text message, or WhatsApp with an update on the refund status.
• The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method within the period specified by the bank or payment gateway used.

substitution

• You can exchange any product within 14 days from the date of receipt for another product from the store.
• If the value of the new product is less than the exchanged product, the difference will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
• If the value of the new product is higher, you will be required to pay the difference before the new product is shipped.

The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the product and receiving the new product.
